Retiree Benefits

The Benefits Office is the first place to turn for assistance with issues relating to Harvard’s benefits for retirees. Benefits staff can provide information on medical, dental, and life insurance plans, retirement plan benefits, and Medicare enrollment. For specific medical and dental claims, however, contact the individual medical or dental health care provider.

You can email benefits@harvard.edu or call 617-496-4001 for assistance. There is no walk-in or in-person hours at this time.

For detailed plan information about retiree benefits, visit Harvard Information for Employees (HARVie) and go to Retiree Health. For some information, a HarvardKey and two-step authentication are required or go to Retiree Health and Welfare Plans Summary Plan Description (SPD).
