There are numerous calendars listing Harvard events. Most have a great deal of overlap, but each offers something unique.

Harvard Box Office

The Harvard Box Office provides tickets to many performance events at Harvard, including Sanders Theatre. There is a $4 handling fee for telephone sales. All sales are final. Harvard Dining Services Cafés

Harvard Faculty Club

Membership is free for retirees who register. A valid Harvard ID is the membership card. The Club accepts major credit cards, as well as Crimson Cash.

The easiest way to apply for membership is online. https://www.hfc.harvard.edu/  Click on the Membership tab and on Faculty/Staff/Retiree as the option.

Harvard Film Archive

The Archive’s cinematheque presents films Friday through Monday nights year round. Open to the public, all screenings are held in the 200-seat theater located in the historic Carpenter Center for the Arts and features state-of-the-art film and digital projection.

A division of the Harvard Library, the Archive is one of the largest univer¬sity-based motion picture collections in the U.S., with well over 25,000 AV items.

Regular admission tickets are $9; $7 for senior citizens; $12 for special events for all patrons. Cash or check only. Senior memberships are available for $35.

Tickets may be picked up 45 minutes before the start of the show.

Outings & Innings (O&I)

O&I is a service exclusively for Harvard faculty, staff, students, and retirees. It offers convenient access (and often deep discounts) to a wide array of social, cultural, and recreational activities and events (including movies, museums, performing arts, sports, and amusement parks) in the Greater Boston area and beyond. In addition, O&I posts purchasing discounts of interest to the Harvard community.

Sports and Games  

The Crimson Athletics ticket office has schedules and sells tickets for all Harvard team sporting events that require tickets. Many events are free, such as baseball, wrestling, swimming and diving, and water polo.

Visit the GoCrimson website for schedules, team rosters, online ticket pur¬chases, and special promotions. Several Crimson sporting events feature faculty and staff days that also offer free tickets to Harvard retired staff.
