## Harvard Real Estate and Harvard Housing

All Harvard employees and retirees are invited to participate in the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP), and other home-buying/selling assistance offered by [Harvard University Housing](https://www.huhousing.harvard.edu/housing-services/home-buying). The [REAP program](https://realestateadvantageprogram.com/?utm_source=huh-website&utm_medium=sponsorship&utm_campaign=reap-program-description-second-cta-2024-update) provides Harvard faculty, staff, retirees, alumni, and affiliates with home buying and selling education, guidance from a real estate coordinator, access to a select network of real estate agents with local market expertise, preferred mortgage lenders, and the possibility of a cash benefit after closing.

The Harvard University Housing Services group also provides webinars as a free benefit to Harvard affiliates. These webinars, run through the Coldwell Banker REAP program, can be reviewed and registered for at [HU Housing Services](https://www.huhousing.harvard.edu/housing-services/home-buying-webinars).

**Harvard Off-Campus Housing** offers a listing service for property owners wishing to advertise homes or apartments for rent to active Harvard graduate students, faculty, and staff. To list your rental properties, please register at the [off-campus housing site](https://www.harvardhousingoffcampus.com/registration/lister). For questions regarding registration, please contact the [Harvard Off-Campus Housing support group](https://www.harvardhousingoffcampus.com/support). The link offers an email form and a phone number.

## HARVie Classifieds

A service for those in the Harvard community who wish to sell or purchase items, rent or sell properties. It is a free service and is available to anyone with HarvardKey.
