Attendees can enjoy a social hour beginning at 11:30a (credit/debit cards only), followed by the luncheon beginning at 12:30p. A HURA member may bring one guest. Per-person fee for the lunch is $35. In the spirit of the giving season, attendees may bring an unwrapped gift (toys, books, art supplies, games, stuffed animals, hats and mittens, or gift certificates).These items will be distributed during the holidays to disadvantaged children in Cambridge and Boston by students from Phillips Brooks House. Registration is via Eventbrite; information and the registration link will be emailed to HURA members in early November. Those registering can make lunch selections on the Eventbrite link. All members must register through Eventbrite regardless of whether paying by check or credit card. Deadline for registering is Wednesday, November 25. No refunds will be made after the deadline date. Checks will be deposited after the event. Event capacity: 150-155 people The Club offers free parking. Directions to the event venue can be found at Photos and videos of attendees may be taken at this event and used, without personal identifiers, for promotional purposes.
